Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeo pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, finely chopped red onion, minced jalapeo pepper, and chopped fresh cilantro
Squeeze the juice of 2 limes over the mixture and gently toss to combine
