Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth
Add the chopped spinach and mix it in well
Put the mixture in a baking dish and top it with shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat the oven to 400 degrees
Put the dip in and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly browned
Serve hot with low-carb crackers, cucumber slices, or celery sticks that are good for keto
